We all know how to do the right thing.

Too often, though, organizations dilute that principle with conditions, caveats, and exceptions. In doing so, they lose sight of true inclusion and belonging, prioritize output over input, and ultimately undermine their own integrity.

Doing the right thing shouldn’t come with an asterisk*.

I help leaders practice inclusive leadership by identifying where policies, norms, or unspoken rules conflict with their stated values. I work to align intention with behavior—closing the gap between what we know and what we do—so that doing the right thing becomes the standard, not the exception.

Know better. Do better.
